This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from Medical Foods LLC DBA Physician Therapeutics. By accepting delivery of the products described, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (i) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE FORMAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH Physician Therapeutics, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR (ii) UNLESS OTHER STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Medical Foods LLC's sole discretion. 


Governing Law. 

This agreement and any sales thereunder shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflicts of laws rules.

Your Use

You understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following:

  1. By using this Web site, you agree not to disrupt or intercept our electronic information posted on this Web site or on any of our servers. You also agree not to attempt to circumvent any security features of our Web site, and to abide by all applicable, local, state, federal and international laws, rules and regulations.
