Shipping and Returns

Most orders placed by 1 p.m. Monday - Friday arrive in 1 - 5 days. Please allow 10 days from the day your order has shipped before reporting an order lost. We are unable to process any replacement or refund requests until the 10-day period has passed.

What are the domestic shipping options?

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL GROUND

  • Delivers in 3-7 business days
  • Monday - Saturday delivery
  • Rural areas may take additional time
  • Deliver to PO Boxes

 USPS PRIORITY MAIL

  • Delivers in 1-5 business days
  • Monday - Saturday delivery

2ND DAY AIR

  • Delivers in 2 business days
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Orders must be placed by 1:00pm Monday - Friday for expedited shipping

What are the international shipping policies?

We can ship internationally to individuals for personal use. If your country is not available for shipping please call (844) 474-3111. For more information about our international shipping policies, please refer to our terms and conditions at check out. Shipments to JAPAN cannot exceed a 2 month supply. 

When will my order ship?

Orders are packed and shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday). For same-day and/or expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1 p.m. Monday - Friday. During peak times, shipping may be delayed.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order. If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your Order Confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. Our Customer Care Center will be able to track your package for you. Just call (844) 474-3111.

I order the same products every month. Is there a way I can have the products automatically shipped to me?

Yes. Automatic shipment is available at pre-selected intervals and you will receive an additional discount for select items.  

Can I return the product if I do not like it?

Return Policies. Physician Therapeutics products that are purchased directly from Physician Therapeutics by an end-user Customer may be eligible for return within 30 days of product delivery only in accordance with Physician Therapeutics’ return policy in effect on the date of the invoice. To initiate a return request, the Customer must first contact Physician Therapeutics by sending an email to Physician Therapeutics at the designated customer support email address. The return request email must include a brief written explanation and a video submission from the Customer explaining the reason(s) for requesting the return. All return requests are subject to review and approval by Physician Therapeutics in its sole discretion. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Physician Therapeutics, and failure to comply with the return request requirements may result in denial of the return.
